Cancellations

Cancellations and Alterations

Cancellations can only be effected on receipt of written notification. We will not accept any cancellation by telephone. If any client however decides to cancel a Safari trip less than eight (8) weeks (60 days) prior to departure, Afrika Zambezi Safaris shall retain the full deposit of 20% and in addition a late cancellation fee will be payable by you as follows:

From 14 - 20 days notice	50% forfeited
From 13 - 7 days notice	60% forfeited
Less than 7 days notice	90% forfeited
No-show	No refund*

• If clients DO NOT ARRIVE and no cancellation has been made - total value of reservation is charged, i.e. no refund will be made.
• If you alter your Booking Date:
• If you wish to postpone your booking to a later date, please notify us in writing at least six (6) weeks beforehand to allow us time to rearrange your transfers and charter flights.
• Any extra charges incurred will be charged accordingly.
