Cancellations

Cancellations and Alterations

Cancellations can only be effected on receipt of written notification. We will not accept any cancellation by telephone.

If any client however decides to cancel a Safari trip less than eight (8) weeks (60 days) prior to departure, Afrika Zambezi Safaris shall retain the full deposit of 20% and in addition a late cancellation fee will be payable by you as follows:

From 14 - 20 days notice	50% forfeited
From 13 - 7 days notice	60% forfeited
Less than 7 days notice	90% forfeited
No-show	No refund*

If clients DO NOT ARRIVE and no cancellation has been made - total value of reservation is charged, i.e. no refund will be made.
If you alter your Booking Date:
If you wish to postpone your booking to a later date, please notify us in writing at least six (6) weeks beforehand to allow us time to rearrange your transfers and charter flights.
Any extra charges incurred will be charged accordingly.
