Steven was born and raised in Zimbabwe where he did all his schooling. Fell in love with wildlife after he worked in different conservation areas as an assistant field ranger and officer in both Zimbabwe and South Africa. He joined Afrika Zambezi Safaris in 2006 and has become one of the great reputable private Guides in all round trips from Southern to East Africa safari expeditions. He holds the FGASA level two Guide qualification and is fully registered Guide. He also holds a Diploma in tourism, metalwork & motor mechanics. Born and raised in the remote lakeside village of Kariba in Zimbabwe, surrounded by the famous Matusiadona National Park & after College, Obert studied nature conservations, Safari Guiding, hotel & Tourism and hold an MBA in business.
