Camp’s Quick Facts:

Mwaleshi Camp is one of the most remote and secluded camps in Zambia. It is one of only three camps in the virtually unknown North Luangwa National Park, one of the most untouched wildlife sanctuaries in Africa. The camp is located at the heart of an area legendary for its abundant wildlife, in particular large populations of lion sightings. The remoteness is enhanced by the lack of roads making this area an African bush experience and with unique safari adventures waiting for the guest to sample.

The Camp’s Bedroom, Bathroom and Surroundings:

This comfortable bush camp consists of four double grass and pole chalets with en suite facilities. The chalets are set well apart and each has a scenic view of the Mwaleshi River, a clear water perennial stream feeding the Luangwa. There is no electricity in camp and lighting is provided by solar storm lanterns

• Game viewing is conducted on foot, accompanied by a highly qualified experienced guide and an armed national parks escort game scout.

Camp Accessibility:

Situated in Northern Luangwa National Park, Mwaleshi Camp is accessed by charter flights from either Lusaka/Livingstone international airports direct into the Camp’s nearby airstrip as an easy access due to its remote area.
