Camp’s Quick Facts:

Puku Ridge Camp is situated in the wildlife rich South Luangwa National Park and is named after the elusive Puku antelope that inhabits the Kakumbi Dambo (floodplain), which the camp overlooks. The camp is built on a hillside, providing stunning vistas of the floodplain and the wildlife that frequents it.

The Camp’s Bedroom, Bathroom and Surroundings:

Puku Ridge Camp is small, intimate and has been constructed to blend in to the local surroundings. Each of the six luxury oversized tents has a comfortably furnished sitting area. En-suite facilities include indoor and outside showers and a bath. A private wooden deck enables guests to game view from the privacy of their own rooms. There are a variety of sleeping configurations to suit each guest, with tents having options of two three-quarter beds, double or king size beds. Each tent has mosquito nets, ceiling fans and hair dryer. Tea and coffee is brought to the rooms each morning by a room attendant.

• Morning and evening game drives activities including night drives are conducted in an open 4x4 game drive vehicles driven by a knowledgeable guide
• Guided walking safaris are also possible, accompanied by a professional guide and an armed National Parks scout.

Camp Accessibility:

Nestled in the rich wildlife sanctuary of South Luangwa National Park, Puku Ridge Camp is accessed by charter flights from either Lusaka/Livingstone international airports direct into the Camp’s nearby airstrip as an easy access due to its remote area.
