Agent, tour operators and guests please take note of the following:- A non refundable deposit of 20% of the total tour cost will confirm a safari booking.
- Guest reservation will only be confirmed via a signed booking form.
- After we have received your deposit payment, Safari confirmation invoice will be sent to you or your travel agent via e-mail/fax.
- Your final payment should be received sixty (60) days prior to departure at which point vouchers and tour itinerary information will be e-mailed to you.
- Please ensure that you have received this information before you commence your Safari journey to Africa.
Third-Party Policy:
Afrika Zambezi Safaris, its agents, employees, lodges, Camps and associates shall do everything possible to ensure that all Safari trips, accommodation, charter flights to camps/lodges, tour leader guides, activities and other scheduled tours have been correctly reserved and confirmed for guests as per itinerary and no claim against our company of any nature whatsoever shall be made in the case of unavailability of any third party excursions, flights, activities, safari trips, accommodation, or if guest was unable to use the service or facilities offered in the itinerary.
Responsibility, Terms and Consent
- Afrika Zambezi Safaris, its agents, employees, guides or representatives shall not be held responsible or liable for any loss or damages caused from any errors, omissions, late arrivals, delays, non confirmation or acceptance of bookings, any sickness, injuries or death caused by carelessness or negligence of a guest.
- Afrika Zambezi Safaris will ensure quality and high standards of your Safari journey are met but shall however retain the right and at its sole discretion at any time to cancel or alter any route, safari trip, price, accommodation or any other details rendered due to circumstances beyond our control including legalities, weather conditions, government politics, wars, strike or other interference of any sort.
- Any extra expenses incurred shall be the responsibility of a guest as this company shall at no cost to itself reserve the right to cancel or terminate any guest’s booking due to illness, illegality or other incompatible behaviour on the guest part who in such circumstances will receive no refund.
- Having read all terms, conditions, safari booking procedures and other general information on your traveller's guide, payment of deposit or any other partial payment for any Safari bookings constitutes consent to all provisions of these conditions and that terms are accepted and agreed with you to take the Safari trip, with no alterations or amendments except in writing by the director of this company.
