Vundu Tented Camp: Mana Pools National Park, Zimbabwe Safari

Camp’s Quick Facts:

The Vundu Tented Camp is situated in the middle of the beautiful World Heritage Site of Mana Pools National Park. The camp was originally known and created to cater for the most canoeing safari companies or over-night overland campers in the old days of 85s. this is now owned and managed by the African Bush Camps completely nestled in a grove of riverine trees along the banks of the mighty Zambezi River. The style of this camp is simple yet comfortable, providing a real bush experience. It is excellent for small groups, who can make the adventure entirely their own.

The Camp’s bedrooms, bathrooms and Surroundings

The walk-in tents have en-suite facilities, flush toilets and traditional African bucket showers. The dining room is on a patch of sand under the spreading branches of a tamarind tree just a few feet away from the river. The camp is perfectly situated for abundant game viewing.

Located situated in the middle of the beautiful World Heritage Site of Mana Pools National Park. The Camp can be accessed by road with a 4x4 authorised game-viewing vehicle from Kariba town but recommend to charter flight from Victoria Falls airport the tourism capital of Zimbabwe or Harare international airport as an easy access to reach the Camp.
